Since 2005, I have been deeply involved in digital transformations and IT implementations, helping companies streamline processes and enhance their performance. My transition into logistics as an IT Program Manager in 2014 expanded my ability to create programs, facilitate workshops and guide teams toward quick, impactful results.<\/p><p>In 2018, I founded FlowLobby, where I work as an independent consultant helping businesses navigate change when implementing IT, and as an account manager for The Predictive Index\u00ae.
